A great trip - full of amazing food and unforgettable experiences! It was so exciting to have the opportunity to experience three very different regions of Peru and to visit growers and farmers across these different places, and eat a wide range of great food. Learning about Peru's culture and history alongside this was also fascinating. There were a few minor teething issues which was no surprise as a first run of the trip, but I would absolutely recommend travelling with Salt Caravan on this trip or another as I felt very well looked after and had an unforgettable adventure!

The guide, Sofia, grew up in Peru and is very passionate about introducing us to everything she loves about this country. Our interests and needs were accommodated with tact and efficiency. Every detail was authentic and thoughtfullly curated. Salt Caravan is a new brunch and I didn't know what to expect. This one of those rare surprises when reality exceeds expectations.
